Branding - Mokca Coffee

If you have ever lived in or visited Bangalore city, you must have tried the famous South Indian Filter Coffee which is a common add-on to every meal. India produces more than 300 thousand tonnes of coffee every year and the state of Karnataka produces almost 85% of this. In the 16th century Baba Budan, a Sufi cleric smuggled seven coffee beans through the port of 'Mocha' in Yemen. He sowed these near Chikmagalur, in an area that came to be known as Baba Budan Hills.

Celebrating "International Coffee Day" on October 1st, 2019, I developed the brand identity for a coffee brand called 'Mokca'. Here are some visuals from the project.
